Please note that the details on this page apply for GO4SET teams, teachers, engineers and mentors working in the North East of England and Yorkshire and the Humber. If you are not in these areas, please contact us and we´ll put you in touch with the right people.
This page contains all the documents you need to manage CREST Awards associated with a GO4SET project. The team guide and teacher guide include information to support you during the project. Both of these will also be helpful to partner engineers and mentors.
At the beginning of the project:
You must register your project(s) using the forms available on this page - the first document in the list is for single teams. If you´re registering several teams, please use the student upload template, completing columns A-F, H and I for each student. You do not need to provide unique pupil numbers in column G. Please do not amend columns to the right of column I, these have been set correctly for GO4SET.
Once you know the nature of the project, please send us a brief outline so we can make sure it meets the CREST requirements (that it will give students the chance to demonstrate each of the 14 assessment criteria)
During the project:
Just get in touch with us if you have any CREST-related questions
Before the Celebration and Assessment Day:
By the appropriate deadline for your CAD, send us electronic copies of:
your project report
your GO4SET CREST checklist
a personal appendix for each student (at the end of the project report)
The email address for submissions is in the team and teacher guide.
If we do not receive these documents by the deadline, we may not complete assessment of your project at the CAD. This will create work for you and delay the outcome.
